I was not on premises 5 months during treatment, recovery & phys therapy.

You may return most unopened items purchased at our Online Store within two weeks (10 Business days) of the original delivery with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items must be in suitable condition for resale.
After 15 business days, if your order has not been received by us, then you return authorization will be voided.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled or in damaged packaging.
Items in opened blister packs (example - candlabra bulbs) can not be returned.
Web Guns, Smoke Machines, Bubble Machines, and Snow Machines, which have been used CAN NOT be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS.
As of 12/10/2012 ALL snow machines are tested before being shipped.
We will on request, test smoke and bubbles machines prior to shipping.
All web guns are are run through a series of tests before packaging, but will not be pre-loaded with webbing.
All Minions Web triggers, air and water effects are tested prior to shipping.
Per manufacturer, Blue Point Products may NOT be returned, all sales final.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
In the rare case that we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please call us at Minions Web immediately at 973 842 8687.
We will update your account information, issue you an RMA number, and send email confirmation of the RMA with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Minions Web will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received.
If the incorrect item is not returned within 10 business days of the RMA being issued, we will void the RMA, and charge you for the replacement cost and subsequent shipping.
If you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will credit your account for the merchandise amount, when returned within 10 business days.
Please include ALL original packaging and attach a brief note explaining the error, or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
If an item recieved is defective, please contact us immediately.
Defective items must be reported with 5 business days of item reciept as verified via delivery service notification.
We will assist in trouble shooting the issue
If the issue cannot be resolved with a trouble shooting call or emails, you will be issued an RMA
We will update your account information, and send you an email confirmation of the RMA and a brief synopsis of the issue.
If a Minions Web manufactured or serviced product, we will either repair or replace the item (at our discretion) on return reciept of the defective unit.
Minions Web will ship you a replacement, via ground service, at no charge, and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received by us.
We want you to be happy, however, we will not ship a replacement until we have recieved and confirmed the defect.
If the defective item is not returned within 10 business days of the RMA being issued, the RMA will be void, and if your account will be charged for any shipped replacement plus cost of subsequent shipping.

We can service most fog machine brands, and many Lighting products.
You must got to these manufacturers for service of their products:
Lights Alive, VEI, Fright Ideas, Bluepoint.
We will assist you as best we can to facilitate service from these companies if the products were purchased from Minions Web.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM THE ONLINE STORE?
Unlike most online retailers, we take a more customer-centric view of online commerce and will not charge a restocking fee on returned merchandise that is in like new unused condition, if it arrives back at our warehouse within 30 days of reciept.

If the item is returned for any reason after 30 days of your recieving the order, you are responsible for return shipping costs and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
(Pre-order and show sales have separate terms, please refer to those FAQ pages)
Returns must be shipped prepaid.
We recommend using UPS or FedEx over USPS so that you have tracking and delivery confirmation.
Call us at 973 842 8687 to submit a ticket for a return authorization (RMA number).
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to shipper as undeliverable.

You will recieve your refund credited to your charge account within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned item to our warehouse.
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'In Dispute'.
Such 'In Dispute' items will not be refunded or exchanged..
We are happy to re-ship such 'In Dispute' items back to you at a cost to yourself, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
DO THE PRODUCTS SOLD HAVE A WARRANTY?
All products we sell carry the manufacturer specific warranty.
All Minions Web non-LED products are covered by our limited lifetime warranty.
All Minions Web designated LED products are covered by a pro-rated
three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase, on parts and workmanship.
If you suspect your Minions Web made product to be defective, call or email for assistance in troubleshooting the issue.
If we cannot resolve an issue remotely, we request you
please ship it to us for testing and or repair/replacement.
If testing determines a fault in design, workmanship, or parts, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion in as prompt a manner as possible at our expense.
If testing determines the fault is user neglect, abuse or mis-use, we will repair the product at a rate of 36.00 per hour plus cost of parts.
We will not proceed with any work without your approval, and must secure payment method before service will be performed.
