Minions Web Pre-Order Sales

What is pre-ordering?

Products manufactured by or for Minions Web, such as LED Bulbs, new LED products, an other Effects that are made in large quantities.

What is included in pre-ordering?

Over the past 5 years we have scheduled the annual production of our LED bulb line with our manufacturer.
In 2011, we are expending our offerings beyond LED bulbs.
This year we will include a number of additional products.
We provide you a deep discount rate when you place your order before we arrange this years order with the factory and as we plan our own production.

How long does pre-ordering last?

We will run pre-ordering in 2011 until March 31st.
This will allow us time to collate and process all the orders for submission to the factory by April 4th.

How does pre-ordering work?

You place your order and pre-pay via our website.
Doing so ensures you recieve your items from the shipment when it arrives.
You get a discount, early shipping, and no worries about the items you want to being out of stock.

How do the price breaks work?

We offer pricing discounts for quantity breaks.
If you order 6, 12, 36, 72 bulbs in one size and one color the discount increases.
Yes - you can order multiple bulbs of the same size and same pricing tier to qualify for a combined discount.
For example you can order 8 each 50 LED Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue to qualify for the 36 piece pricing.
Or you could order 4 each of the warm white cool white and purple 72 LED bulbs for a combimed 12 piece discount.

Orders of 144, or 576 pieces or greater of the same color or size are considered distributor quantity, please call us for pricing.

Other items are priced according to the schedule shown on their item page, certain products may be available in combined pricing.
Please refer to the individual items to determine if they have combined pricing discounts.

Why don't I see a discount when I combine like price tiered items in my order?

Unfortunately the store programming does not have the ability to apply the combined discount.
We will apply the discount and credit the difference via your chosen payment method.

Can our group pre-order at a discount?

Yes - and it is a great way for you to drive your groups cost down even further.
The combined order of a group should permit you tremendous discounts.

When do I pay for my pre-order?

You pay for (paypal payments) or provide payment information for (credit card via terminal services) the pre-order when you place the order.
Paypal payments are beyond our control and are charged out in full at the time the pre-order is placed.
Credit card via terminal services payments are charged out at before the published pre-order deadline.
Pre-orders are not refundable.

When will I recieve my bulbs?

In 2011 the we anticipate delivery approximately 10-12 weeks after the close of the pre-order period.
This is accounting for 6-8 production time and another 4 weeks ocean and domestic transit to our location.
Based on this timeline we should start shipping pre-order merchandise in June 2011.
Depending on the volume and complexity of the orders, will dictate when your order leaves our location and subsequently arrives at your location.
We fill the pre-orders in the order they were recieved.
In 2010 we filled approximately 500 pre-orders, which took nearly 4 weeks to process.
It is entirely possible your order may not arrive to you until July.

Can I order non-pre-order items when placing a pre-order?

Yes, but this will delay shipment of the non-pre-order items in your order until the pre-order items arrive.
If you include a note in your pre-order at checkout to ship other items separate, we will be happy to.
You would see the order status marked as back-order until the pre-order bulbs arrive from the factory.
