What is pre-ordering?
Each year we schedule the annual production of our LED bulb line with our manufacturer.
We provide you a deep discount rate when you place your order before we place our order.
How does pre-ordering work?
You place your order and pre-pay via our website.
Doing so ensures you recieve your bulbs from the shipment when it arrives.
You get a discount, early shipping, and no worries about the bulbs you want to being out of stock.
How do you know how many bulbs to get?
In order to get the best pricing possible, we calculate sales based on the previous year.
Then we add in all the pre-orders from online, our vendors and any shows we attend prior to the pre-order deadline.
How do the price breaks work?
We offer pricing discounts for quantity breaks.
If you order 6, 12, 36, 72, 144, or 576 lamps in one size and one color the discount increases.
Can I combine different bulbs to get a better discount?
Yes - you must order multiple bulbs of the same size and same pricing tier to qualify for a combined discount.
For example you can order 8 each
50 LED Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue to qualify for the 36 piece pricing.
Or you could order
4 each of the warm white cool white and purple 72 LED bulbs for a combimed 12 piece discount.
Can our group pre-order at a discount?
Yes - and it is a great way for you to drive your groups cost down even further.
The combined order of a group should permit you temendous discounts.
Why don't I see a discount when I combine like price tiered bulbs in my order?
Unfortunately the store does not have the ability to apply the combined discount.
We will aply the discount and credit the difference via your chosen payment method..
When do I pay for my pre-order?
You pay for the pre-order when you place the order.
When will I recieve my bulbs?
We fill the pre-orders in the order they were recieved, as we take delivery of the shipment from the factory.
We typically take delivery in mid August. Depending on the volume and complexity of the orders will dictate when your order goes out the door and and subsequently arrives at your location.
Can I order other items when placing a pre-order?
Yes, but this will likely delay shipment of the other items in your order until the bulbs arrive from our manufacturer.
If you include a note in your pre-order at checkout to ship other items separate, we will be happy to.
You would see the order status marked as back-order until the pre-order bulbs arrive from the factory.
