16 Channel Relay Board Assembly - DC Control to AC Load
Relay Board Assembly
16 Solid State DC Relays to control loads up to 25 amps AC per channel
Originally a custom device for a one of a kind project automating a volcano display.
Works with any controllers providing 5v-24v outputs, including TTL signals, up to 16 channels.
Comprised of 8 Crydom 3.5 amp and 8 Crydom 25 amp solid state relays.
Each SSR features 4 PCB mounted terminal connections, two for load, two for control.
Heavy duty PCB traces for load connections.
Mounted in a clear covered NEMA IP65 enclosure.
Enclosure Contains enough spare space to mount a process controller and power supply (available separately)
Designed for resistive loads (motors, pumps & small lights, etc) this relay is extremely flexible, operating at a wide DC voltage range, and flexible AC load range.
SSRs are vastly superior to their standard electro-mechanical counterparts.
They operate a low voltage and low current, have exceptional life expectancy, are very reliability, and are silent in operation -- an important aspect for many props and displays.
For running AC items only.
Optional fan with 78 degree set point thermal regulator available for high load
